Important Notice:
Do not leave valuables in plain sight in your car! Gardermoen Parking AS has 24-hour camera surveillance, but in the event of damage or theft from/of your car, the car’s own insurance policy applies. All parking is at the customer’s own risk, and any complaints must be presented to Gardermoen Parking AS before the car leaves the premises.
Restrictions:
Motorhomes, trucks, buses, cars with large trailers, and other long vehicles are not allowed in our parking areas. This offer was discontinued on July 1, 2024. For any bookings made before this date, please contact us before entering. If large vehicles park in areas not designated for them, Gardermoen reserves the right to adjust the price without notice. Unauthorized entry or entry without confirmation may result in the vehicle being towed at the owner’s expense.
Price Estimates:
All prices pre-paid in connection with the booking of a parking space should be considered estimates and may vary if the entry or exit time or date changes, or if you park in the wrong area.

Driver’s Responsibilities:
- Arrive in Good Time: We recommend arriving at the parking area at least two hours before domestic flights and at least three hours before international flights. All parked cars must have a visible license plate and valid insurance.
- Parking Guidelines: Parking must comply with markings/signs (§ 24, 1st paragraph).
- Payment: Fees must be paid in advance or afterwards based on automatic license plate recognition (§ 31).
- Payment for Disabled Parking: Disabled persons with a municipal parking permit must pay the regular fee for both regular and reserved spaces (§ 33).
- Reserved Spaces: When parking in a reserved space, the vehicle’s license plate must be registered electronically.
Penalties for Non-Compliance:
- For parking in violation of the regulations, a control sanction of NOK 660 will usually be issued (§ 36). Unauthorized parking in spaces reserved for customers, visitors, or guests will result in a control sanction of NOK 330 (§ 36). For violations of the conditions for parking in spaces reserved for disabled persons, the control sanction is NOK 960 (§ 36). Illegally parked vehicles may be removed at the owner’s/driver’s expense if necessary (§ 38). Questions regarding control sanctions and vehicle removal can be directed to the company.
Complaints:
A control sanction or costs incurred for vehicle removal can be appealed to the company within three weeks from the date of issuance (§ 44). More information and complaint forms can be obtained by contacting the company.
Cancellation Policy:
The customer has the right to cancel prepaid parking free of charge up until 24 hours before the scheduled start of the parking. After this deadline, cancellations can only be made under the following conditions:
- For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start of parking, the customer will be refunded 50% of the price.
- For cancellations made after the scheduled start of parking, no refund will be given.
- Shortened parking time will not be refunded.
- Cancellations must be made via the customer’s profile or the booking link received. Alternatively, use the contact form.
Additional Terms:
1. A fee is required 24/7.
2. Alle fields require pre-payment at booking. This also apply for drop-in customers. No ticket is requiered, but we recomend all customers to have axcess to Qr code upon entry and departure.
3. Extra payement for overstay, is paid at the barrier before departure with a credit card.
4. Parking is only permitted for vehicles with a legal license plate. Vehicles without a legal license plate will be removed at the owner’s expense. There are limitations to larger vehicles that exceed 5,5 meter in lenght and 2,4 meters in hight.
5. Parking and all activities on the premises are at the owner’s risk. Neither Gardermoen Parking AS nor any associated partners or suppliers can be held liable for theft or other damage.
